Terms of service

Welcome to Origen Agency CRM. By accessing or using our service at crm.origenagency.com, you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the Service.
1. Service
Origen Agency CRM (hereinafter, «the Service») is a cloud platform intended for the management of contacts, leads, and commercial communications. The Service is provided as is and may evolve over time.
2. Account and access
To use the Service you need an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
By using the Service you agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) or communications that violate applicable regulations.
- Attempt to access without authorization the systems, data, or accounts of third parties.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service's software.
4. Integration with Google APIs
The Service may integrate with Google APIs (for example, Gmail) to provide you with certain functionalities. The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You may revoke access at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Your data and that of your leads
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including the data of your contacts and leads. We process that data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations, acting as a data processor on your behalf where appropriate.
6. Availability and maintenance
We make every reasonable effort to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may carry out maintenance tasks, updates, or technical shutdowns that temporarily affect availability.
7. Modifications to the Service
We may modify, add, or remove functionalities of the Service at any time. If a change is substantial, we will endeavor to inform you with reasonable advance notice.
8. Suspension and cancellation
We may suspend or cancel your access to the Service in the following cases:
- Breach of these terms or of applicable regulations.
- Use that jeopardizes the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
- Non-payment of amounts due, where applicable.
You may cancel your account at any time. After cancellation, your data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Origen Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for the loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from the use or the inability to use the Service.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, its design, and its trademarks are the property of Origen Agency or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights over that intellectual property beyond the use of the Service in accordance with the provisions set out herein.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals of Alicante.
